Norwich Alcohol Delivery is operated by Cans ‘n’ Cocktails Ltd. We operate under the same terms as an off license of other licensed venue.
Proof of Age – No ID – No Sale
We operate a STRICT ID upon delivery system. We WILL NOT deliver to any person unless proof of age is provided. This will be photographed and logged. We will store this for 60 days from delivery.
Age Restricted products
All products sold by Norwich Alcohol Delivery are age restricited and will NOT be supplied to anybody under the age of 18. We require valid ID from EVERYONE before delivery is made. we WILL NOT deliver any items to a property where the card holder is not present and where ID is not produced. We also reserve the right to refuse delivery if we believe the products will be given to anyone under the age of 18. In the event a delivery is refused we will return your products subkect to a £10 re-stocking fee. We will not refund your delivery charge.
Supply to persons intoxicated
We will not supply any product to a person we believe to be intoxicated. The decision of our delivery driver is final. In the event we refuse to supply we will refund your order minus a £10 re-stocking fee. Delivery fees will not be refunded
Supply to public places
We will not deliver to any public space, or any property where the consumption of alcohol is forbidden. The decision of our driver is final.
